We would like to welcome Tara Farajian, LCSW as or NEW Community Resource Supervisor. Her position was identified as a need that came from the Senior Services Master Plan.

Tara will be a point person to connect our older adult community to resources, such as;

 • Housing for seniors • Health insurance resources • Legal & advocacy resources • Food & other basic amenities • Mental health resources • Caregiving resources
