Housing Element

The City's latest Housing Element of the General Plan is for the 2021-2029 planning period. The Housing Element addresses State Housing Element law, the Regional Housing Needs Assessment (RHNA) allocation for the City, and a site inventory to meet the RHNA. The Element also lays out goals, policies, and actions for the preservation, improvement, and development of housing throughout the City.
