Adult Soccer League

Dribble, shoot, and score with the City of Los Alamitos! The City of Los Alamitos offers an Adult Soccer League seasonally to provide friendly and fun competition for the community. Gather your friends to create the ultimate dream team or sign-up as a free agent!

League Dates and Information:

Winter league starts the week of Feb.2

• 9 scheduled games guaranteed
• Playoffs post regular season
• Three Divisions Offered
  • 7 v 7 Wednesdays Men's 35+
  • 7 v 7 Thursdays Women's 30+
  • 5 v 5 Sundays Co-ed 18+ (NEW!)
• Registration Fees
  • 7 v 7 Early: $610 per team, 7 v 7 Regular: $660
  • 5 v 5 Early: $450 per team, 5 v 5 Regular: $500

Registration Process:

• Team Manager is responsible for completing payment at https://losalrecreation.myrec.com/info/activities/default.aspx. 
• Once payment is complete, Team Manager is responsible for inputting team information on Teamsideline.

Don't have a team? No worries! Sign up here to be registered as a free agent. Your info will be sent to Team Mangers who will reach out if extra players are needed.
