It provides residents, contractors, developers, and homeowners access to permitting services 24 hours a day.
Services through the Permit Center include:
- Scheduling Inspections
- Creating a Permit Account
- Filling out a Permit Application
- Uploading PDF plans, and supporting documents, for plan check
- Paying all plan check and permit fees with a credit card
- And submitting plan revisions
Once we receive your application and PDFs, someone from City Hall will contact you with a plan check fee that you'll be able to pay over the phone or with a credit card.
