The Orange County Board of Supervisors allocated the City of Los Alamitos funding for a Non-profit Grant Program to address food insecurities during the holidays, funded through ARPA (American Rescue Plan Act of 2021). The maximum grant amount per organization is $5,000 and will be distributed on a first come, first serve basis. Eligible non-profits should apply by the deadline of November 29, 2021 and complete the application here and follow instructions on the application to return along with a copy of IRS tax exempt status letter.
